In order to optimize energy consumption and conserve national funds, the Ayegh Kavir-e Yazd Window Manufacturing Group started its works in 2006 in the field of producing UPVC and aluminum double glazed doors and windows and retractable pleated screens, using personnel trained in Germany and has launched its products and services throughout the country. The company offers a variety of insulated doors and windows to the consumer market in a land area of 15,000 square meters and 7,000 square meters of silos. The Ayegh Kavir Group has achieved its goals including customer satisfaction by utilizing the (iso9001: 2005) quality management system and applying high quality raw materials and appropriate after-sales services. It is worth noting that all production and installation procedures are carried out in accordance with international (RAL GZ 716/1 German) standards by engineers and personnel trained by the VEKA German company. Since machinery plays a vital role in the quality and speed of production, the company has purchased, installed and launched fully automatic machinery from the Elumatec German company for the first time in Iran, alongside its old production line. The company employs two active UPVC double glazed windows and one aluminum window production line, capable of producing 170 doors and windows per shift to fit any demand in terms of thermal, showcase curved, arc top, circular, sliding, etc. needs.
